I've tried to listen. Too juvenile, too much canned music that seems to play for no reason way too much yak and no original humor (Reading other people's jokes doesn't count)You're trying too hard to be funny and you're just not. When the rock is not on, I can't listen. I think the final straw was the idiocy of the Top Ramen. Like that's all you're going to eat. It's stupid. Gas prices will never come down so when you make dumb statements and then not back it up, what the hell? You're embarrasing yourselves. I'm sure I'll get hammered for posting, but hey, it's a free country and I'm entitled to my opinion. I know there are knobs on my dial. I choose U Rock when the stupidity flies. For what it's worth.

For someone who is tuning out you seem to know an awful lot about the show. Big Jim and Allison are the best things to hit the Tri-Cities in years. Juvenile? Sometimes. Funny? Always! Who doesn't appreciate a little potty humor from time to time? Now the Top Ramen Protest is pure genius!!! What are you doing or what have you done to even try to bring down the price of gasoline? Hey "Tuning in", a Top Ramen protest to fight back against gas prices? Are you insane? Boy I can just hear Exxon et al quivering right now. Ohhhhhh not a Top Ramen Protest! The horror! The horror! I can't do anything about gas prices and neither can you or them. And just what would you have us all do to bring down gas prices? I gotta agree with "Sad", it sure reads like its someone who works inside the building. I listen to radio for classic rock. URock, 97, Eagle, even 102.1 out of Wenatchee I think. It's weird they come in better than KATS, which is an option at times too. I drive truck and at the top of the hill just outside of Kennewick on 395, you can get BOTH 94.5's. KATS out of Cracikima and ROCK 94 and a half. G.A. and the Twice as Much Rock Morning Show is the best. Keep searching "Tuning Out", good rock is out there if you know where to find it.

I think it's funny that someone who casually tried to listen actually took enough time to sign online, searched around enough to find this message board and left a message... a lot of work for someone to just to 'tune out'

I've noticed that so many listeners go out of their way to complain, put-down and be asses to those of us that work in radio... and so few actually compliment us on jobs well done. What a lot of complainers don't realize is that we provide our service absolutely free of charge. We give you free music, free entertainment, free prizes... sure, we want you to listen to our commercials, but that's the trade-off. We try really hard to give you guys what you want, and it's very difficult to do that when all we get is negative feedback. I listen to you both everymorning on the way to work and all day, I drive to Walla Walla everyday for work and you guys make the drive in the company truck(not my gas) a rock'n time. I think it sucks that Allison told pepole not to buy the ice from the people who drive around selling it... I don't know how it works on the Kennewick side, but on the pasco side it is the girls from the Pasco High School Dance Team who work their butts selling the ice all three days to raise money for upcoming dance clinics to help the younger kids and all other kinds of expenses.... and it's not 10.00 a bag... and the Pasco Dance Team are the girls on the Pasco side cleaning up all the trash that everybody leave as well...So you telling people not to buy the ice when you don't even know that it supports a good cause sucks....NICE WAY TO SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY, ALLISON...I guess I will tell my daughter and the rest of the Pasco High kids to spread the word as they are working their butts off all weekend at the boat races. To let everybody know not to listen 106.5 the Eagle because Allison does not support the community?

I'm glad the ice fundraiser worked out for you in the end. But no one can accuse Allison of not supporting or giving to the community. I, myself, have had personal assistance from Allison in our fund raising efforts for charities all over the Columbia Basin and her weekly puclic service show, Tri-Cities Forum is another way she gets the word out to the public regarding fund raisers for everything from Senior Safe Night at Local High Schools to raising money for children with cancer and those who have lost thier homes etc. I'm sure she did not know that the ice was a fundraiser otherwise she would have given you plenty of publicity on the air as well as show up to help in person.
